WINS (getwinsapp.com) is a market intelligence platform for entrepreneurs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Email address — collected when you create an account.
• Usage data — pages visited and features used within the platform.
• Search queries — niche keywords and categories you search for within WINS tools. Used only to return results and improve the service.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are handled by Stripe (see section 4).

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide WINS market intelligence tools and features.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• To improve and develop the platform.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Third-party services

WINS uses the following services to operate:

• Google Trends (via DataForSEO) — powers Niche Map and Audience Calendar. Queries are sent as anonymous keyword lookups with no personal data attached.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication (via Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
